Let Us Get You the New Roof Your Home and Family Deserves
Choosing a roofing contractor simply on price could be disastrous. Your roof protects your family and all of your belongings in your biggest investment. When it comes to roofing you get what you pay for. Material and Labor rates are basically the same for all roofing contractors, so why would one roofer be drastically lower than others? What are they leaving out? What corners are they cutting? When you are choosing a roofing contractor choose someone you trust to install your new roof with the highest craftsmanship, and with the high quality, and long lasting roofing materials.
Are Your Estimates Free?
Of Course. Before giving you an estimate we will do a thorough inspection of your roof. This will allow us to advise you on whether or not you even need a new roof, and the likelihood of your insurance company paying to replace it.
Will the Insurance Company Actually Replace My Roof?
Maybe. This depends mainly on the type of roof you have, it’s age, and most importantly whether or not you have any storm related roof damage that may be covered under your policy. If the insurance company determines the damage is covered under your policy we can discuss the scope of the damage and the roof estimate directly with them.
What If My Home Is Not Approved by My Insurance Company?
Depending on the circumstances there are additional steps to consider. But, if there is not enough damage to warrant the insurance company paying to replace your roof, we will make sure we get you a new roof estimate at the highest quality workmanship and materials possible at the best possible price.
How is Veterans Construction Compensated For Your Efforts With My Insurance Company?
If you do not have an insurance claim for your new roof we are compensated by providing superior workmanship and quality for a fair price to replace your roof. If you do have enough damage to your roof for an Insurance Claim we agree to handle all the insurance meetings, price negotiations, and insurance invoicing on your behalf in return for the contract on all the work to be performed.
Can I Handle the Insurance Adjuster on My Own?
Perhaps, but we strongly discourage homeowners from attempting this. This meeting is the most critical part of the entire process. Your lack of insurance knowledge and specific materials needed could effect your rights, and how you are treated. Let our trained insurance specialists handle this meeting for you. You wont regret it.
Will My Insurance Get Cancelled?
NO. Insurance companies realize that you do not have control over the weather, or major storms hitting your area. Typically your claim will be referred to as an “Act of God” in your insurance policy. It will, however; ultimately depend on a variety of factors in including your particular carrier and past claim history. If you have policy related questions we can direct you with lawyers licensed and skilled in these types of policy questions.
Will My Insurance Premiums Go Up if I File a Claim for Storm Damage to my Roof or Siding?
Generally speaking, no. But, regardless of whether or not you file a claim your insurance will
increase due to the catastrophic events that the insurance industry has to cover in your area, as well as other parts of the country. Simply compare your insurance rates from three years ago, to what you pay today. You pay premiums for events like this, don’t let your insurance agent or company scare you, with rate increases, when you try to file your claim. Again, if you have additional policy related questions we can direct you with lawyers licensed and skilled in these types of policy questions.
Am I Limited on Products and Colors for The New Roofing and Siding Installed on My Home?
Not at all! Our suppliers are among the nations largest and carry the highest quality roofing, siding, and gutter products from leading manufactures. After your insurance company approves your roofing or siding replacement, we will schedule a time to discuss material and color options for your new roof or new siding, and determine which products you prefer to be installed on your home.
What Am I Obligating Myself to by Working With Veterans Construction?
If the insurance company approves your roofing claim or siding claim, we have the right of first refusal to complete the actual work, at the cost the insurance company approves. The total cost will not exceed your insurance proceeds plus your deductible.
